Judo Activity Packet #35

SJB Member,

This is week 35 and we hope you are doing well.  The theme for this week's Activity Packet #35 is "Veterans Day" which is coming up on Wednesday, November 11 next week.

In California there are about 1.6 million veterans.  If you are one of them or a family of one of them, we thank you for your service, sacrifice, courage and commitment in keeping us all safe.  If you know of someone please write a card or note in appreciation for their service.  Natalie Gonzalez, one of our instructors, is not yet a veteran but is now in the US Air Force Reserves.  If you would like to acknowledge her current service and to say hello, her email is nat_gonzalez@aol.com.

Just a reminder about the Zoom workouts.  Thank you again to all the dedicated instructors and dedicated students who have been attending the Zoom workouts.   We hope you continue to take advantage of these opportunities.  Following is the updated info on days and times: MW Junior’s 5-6pm MWF Intermediate/Adult 6-7pm Junior Zoom Class link below:  MW Junior’s 5-6pm https://scu.zoom.us/j/95255429044?pwd=d1Nzd29EVkxYZHV2RStQcmZHSG1WQT09 Meeting ID: 952 5542 9044 Password: check the club email Intermediate/Adult Zoom Class link below:  MWF Intermediate/Adult 6-7pm https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83823987645?pwd=Mm1WUnFBN3JzTDEyVmdOL2JjU3ppZz09 Meeting ID: 838 2398 7645 Passcode: check the club email
