For 5-6 year olds. The class focus is on coordination, listening, and basic judo skills. Our aim is to get the student ready for the beginner's class, but the bottom line is to have fun.
The junior class is focused on sound basic judo principles. We stress proper etiquette, getting along with others, good sportsmanship, respect for others, appreciation of others and humility. We want them to have fun yet work hard in attaining goals.
Advanced exercises and technique training development for Competitive Judo. Students are introduced to submission techniques: Shime-waza and Kansetsu-waza
Introduction to principles, disciplines, proper etiquette of Judo. Student will learn how to fall, master different tachizawa and newaza techniques, and do free practice sparring called ''randori".
For all ages. Aim of conditioning is to build strength and endurance, which will be complementary to the judo training.
