To our Judo community,  

Thank you for making this year’s Sensei Memorial Tournament another huge success.

The 70th Annual SJBJC and 26th "Sensei Memorial" Invitational Judo Tournament
had 724 contestants. It was a successful tournament this year due to all of your
participation and support. To everyone who took time out of their busy schedules,
who refereed for hours, who trained so hard and who sat up in those stands
cheering....Thank You!!!

The Hospitality/Officials room was exquisite and delicious as always and has
received many rave reviews. The security was abundant and kept everything and
everyone safe. The pool room did their magic and got everyone into their appropriate
pools amazingly!!!

To all the Committee Heads – thank you again and again for all you did in your
respective areas. Your dedication to the club and this tournament is unparalleled.
Table help, pooling/announcers of the pools, presenters of the awards, registration and weigh-in personnel, Referees, Medical staff, Coaches, Parents...to all of you we give a round of applause for an excellent job.

We would like to extend a very special “thank you” to Mallory Kato without whom
our tournament would have been delayed hours instead of only 45 minutes. She’s one
of those behind the scenes people who is instrumental in making the tournament run
smoothly. Invaluable!!!

Warmest "Thank You" to all of our Judo community for all of your help and donations to make this year’s tournament a reality. Your participation was greatly appreciated.
